At GOODS GOODS STORE, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
